Newtown Youth & Family Services’ Safety Town program is a one-week interactive safety education program developed to teach rising kindergartners important life-saving lessons on strangers, traffic, fire, pedestrian, poison, drug, playground, bus and water safety. Your child must be entering kindergarten in Fall 2025 to participate in this program.
Safety Town is a one week program. You have three weeks to pick from.
Week 1: July 6th - 10th
Week 2: July 20th - 24th
Week 3: August 3rd - 7th

Cost:
$195 per child
If your child is 6 - 7 years old and entering first or second grade, you can register for Safety Town II. Safety Town II builds on the original Safety Town program, providing an accelerated curriculum with in-depth lessons on critical life-saving skills and safety knowledge specifically for older children.
